Exploration Place, Kansas' premier science center, offers visitors of all ages interactive exhibits, the state's largest domed theater - the Boeing CyberDome Theater, imaginative spaces, and outdoor recreation, all located on a 20-acre site along the scenic Arkansas River in the downtown Wichita, Kan., Museums on the River District.

Adventure Science Center ignites curiosity and inspires the lifelong discovery of science. We provide interactive science education in various forms. Our Center features unique, hands-on exhibits relating to six science concepts: Sound and Light, Energy, Air and Space, Creativity and Invention, Health, and Earth Science. We also provide live demonstrations and lab programs to students to complement what they are learning through the exhibits and enhance their educational experience: addressing the state curriculum requirements in all learning environments, planetarium programs to further interest in air and space exploration, summer and holiday camps to provide a fun, educational alternative for childcare when school is not in session, and school outreach and distance learning for those who are unable to reach our Center.
