Panoramic imaging camera for improved productivity
Trimble G360 spherical cameraThe Trimble G360 spherical camera offers low-cost panoramic imaging with 12-megapixel resolution from six 1600x1200 pixel cameras and an IEEE-1394b interface (FireWire). Images are stitched together and compressed in real time by the imaging system, which also tightly synchronizes the camera with the integrated system.
The ability to view, georeference, and measure from imagery in any direction from the vehicle opens up new mobile mapping application possibilities. The use of this camera can also improve traditional project productivity with shortened data acquisition times and reduced project costs.
